plant has a capacity of 8 tonnes per hour per line and has been
set up to export baled recycled paper. |
Paper and cardboard is collected loose or pre-baled and sorted prior
to entering the process line.
The
process line consists of a conditioning unit and a multistage baling
machine. The bales are of a predetermined size to economically fill
shipping containers and are very densely pressed to weigh 1.1 tonne
each.
To
achieve this the baling presses have been modified and upgraded in
capacity.

This
plant has a capacity of 10 tonnes per hour and was set up
to sort collected loose paper, which was then baled.
The
baling machine was used to transport (push) the bales onto
the infeed conveyor for a pulping processing plant.
